This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued by MOSKA MURAD advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Dolinách 153/22, 147 00 Prague 4, IČO: 220 96 973, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Prague, file no. C 410891 (hereinafter referred to as "15zisif.cz"). This Policy describes how 15zisif.cz collects, processes, and shares user information (hereinafter referred to as "user") of the website www.15zisif.cz, and customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer") who use its services.

15zisif.cz is both the controller and the processor of personal data provided by customers when ordering services. 15zisif.cz may use additional processors for personal data processing as outlined below.

2. What Data Will Be Processed

To better target advertising campaigns and improve the website, 15zisif.cz uses information about the user, viewed pages, links clicked, and other activities on the website, such as filling out order and contact forms. These data are collected automatically through 15zisif.cz tools and tools from the processors listed below. 4. Processors Who Have Access to the Data

Personal data is primarily processed by 15zisif.cz and its employees, who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and by service providers of 15zisif.cz, if processed in connection with fulfilling and executing concluded contracts and orders (e.g., lawyers).

15zisif.cz may further use third-party processors for personal data processing. These parties can only process personal data for the purposes and manner specified by 15zisif.cz and may not share it further without additional consent. The processors used by 15zisif.cz include:

• Google LLC (tools for website analytics and on-line marketing);
• Facebook Ireland Ltd. (tools for on-line marketing);
• Seznam.cz, a.s. (tools for on-line marketing).

In justified cases, 15zisif.cz may transfer personal data to other processors.

Personal data may be transferred to the following processors:

– processors who process personal data according to the instructions of 15zisif.cz in the areas of public relations, electronic data management, or accounting;

– public authorities and other entities if required by applicable legal provisions;

– other entities in case of an unexpected event where providing data is necessary to protect life, health, property, or other public interest, or if necessary to protect our rights, property, or security.

5. Retention Period for Data

Personal data for the purposes mentioned in point 2 will be processed to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes and for the duration required to achieve them, or for the period directly specified by legal regulations. After this period, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

After this period, personal data may only be retained for state statistical services, scientific purposes, or archival purposes.

The basic retention periods for personal data are outlined below.

15zisif.cz processes personal data for registered customers until they cancel their registration. Data about customer contacts are processed for the duration of the business relationship or until the customer updates the data.

For service customers, 15zisif.cz is authorized to process their basic personal, identification, contact data, service data, and communication data with 15zisif.cz for 10 years from the termination of the last contract.

In the case of purchasing goods from 15zisif.cz, 15zisif.cz is authorized to process basic personal, identification, and contact data of the customer, product data, and communication data between the customer and 15zisif.cz for 5 years from the expiration of the product warranty.

Invoices issued by 15zisif.cz are archived for 10 years from their issuance in accordance with § 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on VAT. To substantiate the legal reason for issuing invoices, contracts are also archived for 10 years from the termination of the contract.

Data obtained for marketing purposes are processed for the duration of the consent, including the period during which the user allows storing cookies on the website or in their browser. Processing may continue even after the consent is revoked, at most until the expiration of the respective type of Cookies.

Commercial and marketing outreach through electronic contact is sent until the consent is revoked or the user unsubscribes from the service.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

Customers can unsubscribe from any marketing and commercial messages at any time by:

– clicking the relevant link in the footer of each commercial message;

– on the designated webpage;

– sending a request to the provided contact.

Ad targeting (Cookies) can be disabled by changing the settings directly in your browser. If you disable the storage of selected cookies, some parts of the website may not work correctly.

7. Methods of Data Processing and Storage

Personal data will be processed and stored:

– automatically (machine-based) using computing hardware and software,

– in paper form.

A data subject who can be identified as a natural or legal person and proves their identity will have the following rights:

Right to access personal data

According to Article 15 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to access personal data, which includes:

– confirmation of whether we process your personal data,

– information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data affected, recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be made available, planned processing time, existence of the right to request correction or deletion of personal data related to the data subject, or restriction of their processing, or to object to this processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, all available information about the source of personal data if they were not obtained from the data subject, the fact that automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place, and the appropriate safeguards in case of data transfer outside the EU,

– in case the rights and freedoms of other persons are not adversely affected, you may request a copy of the personal data.

If a request is made repeatedly, 15zisif.cz is entitled to charge a reasonable fee for providing a copy of personal data.

Right to Rectify Inaccurate Data

According to Article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to rectify inaccurate personal data that 15zisif.cz processes about you. You are also obliged to notify changes to your personal data and provide proof that such a change has occurred. Additionally, you must cooperate with 15zisif.cz if it is determined that the personal data it processes about you is inaccurate. The correction will be made without undue delay, always with regard to the technical possibilities.

Right to Erasure

According to Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if 15zisif.cz cannot prove legitimate reasons for processing such data. 15zisif.cz has mechanisms in place to ensure the automatic anonymization or deletion of personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was processed.

Right to Restrict Processing

According to Article 18 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to restrict processing until the issue is resolved, if they dispute the accuracy of personal data, the reasons for their processing, or if they object to their processing, and this objection is submitted in writing to the address of 15zisif.cz.

Right to Notification of Correction, Deletion, or Restriction of Processing

According to Article 19 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to be notified by 15zisif.cz in case of correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing. According to Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to data portability for data that concerns you and that you provided to us as the controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that we transfer this data to another controller. If exercising this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, your request cannot be fulfilled.

Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data

According to Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by 15zisif.cz. If 15zisif.cz cannot prove that there is a compelling legitimate reason for processing that outweighs the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject, 15zisif.cz will cease processing based on the objection without undue delay.

Right to Withdraw Consent to Personal Data Processing

If you give 15zisif.cz consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal must be made explicitly, clearly, and definitively, either in writing to the address of 15zisif.cz or via email at info@15zisif.cz.

Automated Individual Decision-Making, Including Profiling

The data subject has the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on them or similarly significantly affect them. 15zisif.cz states that it does not carry out automated decision-making without human intervention with legal effects for the data subjects.

Right to Contact the Office for Personal Data Protection

You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7. The website of the office: www.uoou.cz.

9. Security

15zisif.cz is committed to protecting personal data and other information about its customers and users of its services. To do this, it uses a number of security technologies and measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The measures it uses are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of misuse of personal information. 15zisif.com s security of personal information is regularly tested and protection is continually improved. Please note, however, that 100% security cannot be guaranteed on the Internet. All personal data in electronic form is stored in databases and systems that can only be accessed by persons who have an immediate need to handle the personal data for the purposes stated in this policy, and only to the extent necessary.
